Once placed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

We accept payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, BHIM, and Bank Transfer. All payments comply with standard online transaction safety guidelines to ensure your information remains protected.
In the event of any technical issues from the bank’s server resulting in a failed or cancelled transaction, the refund process may take up to 7–15 business days or as per the bank’s processing time. Deborah Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the bank.

As all Deborah Lifestyle products are custom-made and handcrafted, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any condition.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue. Our quality team will review the case and may offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.
